Terms & Conditions | Mayumi Lodge
1. Payment Policies
To guarantee a seamless arrival, Mayumi Lodge offers the following payment options:

On-Site: Cash and QRPH (GCash/Maya) are accepted.

Bank & Cheque Deposits: Must be completed two (2) business days prior to check-in to account for bank clearing times.

Digital Transfers: Proof of payment (screenshot/receipt) must be sent to management for validation.

Credit/Debit Cards: Card terminal services are currently under maintenance and will be available soon.
2. Group & Corporate Reservations

Confirmation: A 50% down payment and a signed contract/confirmation are required to secure group blocks.

Settlement: The remaining balance must be settled in full one (1) day prior to the group's scheduled departure.

Incidentals: Coordinators must clarify upon check-in if incidental charges will be billed to the master account or to individual guests.
3. Cancellation & Modification
Cancellation fees are determined by the notice period provided before the scheduled check-in:

Multi-Night Stay: Cost of one (1) night.

3.1 Emergency Exceptions (Force Majeure)

Medical Emergencies: Cancellations due to accidents require a valid medical certificate and must be submitted at least one (1) day prior to check-in for a penalty-free refund. Same-day notifications are not eligible.

Natural Disasters: In cases of typhoons or natural calamities, cancellations are valid only if reported on or before the check-in date. Requests made after the stay date has passed will not be honored.
4. Refund Process

Timeline: Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

Exclusions: No refunds for "Non-Refundable" promotional rates or late cancellations.

Authority: Mayumi Lodge Management reserves the right to the final decision on all refund disputes.
5. Lodge House Rules & Liability

Check-In/Out: Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures are subject to room availability and may incur additional fees.

Quiet Hours: To ensure all guests enjoy a restful stay, please observe "Quiet Hours" from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and dormitory areas.

Guest Liability: Guests are held financially responsible for any damage to lodge property. Mayumi Lodge is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

Right to Refuse Service: Management reserves the right to evict guests without a refund for violating house rules, engaging in illegal activities, or disturbing the safety of others.
